Shirtly may collect account details, uploaded artwork, AI prompts, generated images, shirt design previews, virtual try-on images, credit ledger data, and app diagnostics.
We use customer data to create and save designs, generate AI artwork and previews, provide virtual try-on, manage credits, respond to reports, and improve the Shirtly app experience.
Credit balances and transaction references are retained to grant purchases, prevent duplicate grants, and keep AI usage auditable. Store credentials are handled by Apple or Google.
Uploaded images, text, and generated artwork are used to build the customer-approved shirt preview. Customers should only upload artwork they have permission to use.
We share data only with services needed to operate Shirtly, such as authentication, hosting, storage, AI generation, analytics, advertising, and app-store purchase validation. Records are kept only as needed for the service, security, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
Customers can delete their account in the app or use the public deletion request page. Limited records may be retained only where required by law, security, fraud prevention, tax, or accounting obligations.
