Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Shirtly account from inside the app without contacting support.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Shirtly and sign in.
  2. Open Profile.
  3. Under Account, choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the permanent deletion.

What is deleted

Your authentication account, profile, saved designs, uploaded artwork, generated images, credit history, AI-generation records, and try-on records are deleted. The app also clears its local signed-in session and locally saved account content.

If you cannot access the app

Submit a deletion request using the email on your Shirtly account. We may ask you to verify ownership before completing it.

Retention

In-app deletion starts immediately. Support requests are processed after identity verification. Limited records may be retained only where required for fraud prevention, security, tax, accounting, or other legal obligations, then removed when that obligation ends.
