These Terms govern your use of Shirtly's design, AI generation, preview, virtual try-on, saving, sharing, export, credit, and advertising features.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and meet the minimum age required in your country. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate account information.
Designs and acceptable use
You retain rights you hold in uploaded content and give Shirtly and its processors limited permission to host, transform, transmit, and display it to provide the service. Do not submit illegal, infringing, exploitative, hateful, dangerous, privacy-invasive, deceptive, or malicious content.
AI output
AI output may be inaccurate, biased, unexpected, or similar to other content. Review it before use. Shirtly does not guarantee originality, non-infringement, fitness for purpose, or availability. Report unsuitable output through the in-app Report control.
Credits, purchases, and rewarded ads
Some actions consume credits and show their cost before use. Credits are not money, transferable property, or redeemable for cash. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to their terms and refund processes. Fraudulent, duplicated, refunded, or reversed transactions may result in credit correction.
App scope
This release provides digital design tools and does not offer shirt ordering, payment for physical goods, printing, shipping, or fulfillment.
Service changes and enforcement
Features, providers, costs, limits, and availability may change. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or preserve evidence when reasonably necessary for safety, security, legal compliance, or enforcement.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. Shirtly does not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
You may stop using Shirtly or delete your account at any time. Provisions that should naturally survive continue after termination.
