This page states what Shirtly sells, where orders ship, how customers pay, and when orders are recorded. It exists for payment platform review and is kept separate from the marketing site so the commercial terms stay easy to verify.

Current availability
Ordering, checkout, payment, fulfilment, and order tracking are not enabled in the currently published release of the Shirtly app. The published app is a design tool: customers create shirt artwork, preview it, and export or share it. The commercial terms below describe the shirt-ordering service as specified and are published for payment platform review ahead of that service being switched on.
Product sold
On activation. Customers will purchase custom printed shirts based on their submitted or AI-assisted design previews.
Shipping area
On activation. Shirtly will print and ship within Peninsular and East Malaysia. International orders will not be supported.
Accepted payment methods
On activation. Shirtly will support common Malaysian checkout options through the payment service interface. No payment method is live today.
- Online banking (FPX): Maybank2u, CIMB, HLB, Public Bank and supported banks.
- Credit / Debit Card: Visa and Mastercard.
- E-Wallet: Touch ’n Go, GrabPay, Boost and supported wallets.
Checkout safeguards
On activation. The specified behaviour is:
- The customer sees the original upload and the final shirt preview before payment.
- Order pricing is calculated from quantity, tier, and delivery fee.
- Failed payments do not create customer order records.
- Successful orders are marked paid with the payment reference.
Pricing
On activation. Pricing will be calculated in the app and shown at checkout before payment.
- Example checkout: unit price at quantity 1 is RM35, estimated delivery RM10, estimated total RM45.
- 1 to 9 shirts: RM35 each.
- 10 to 49 shirts: RM32 each.
- 50 to 100 shirts: RM28 each.
Minimum quantity is 1 shirt. Maximum quantity is 100 shirts per order in the current version.
AI Credits are separate from shirt orders. Credits are used for AI design generation, artwork, model mockups, and design slot unlocks, and are purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play rather than at shirt checkout.
Business enquiries
Two routes for businesses, both open to anyone without a Shirtly account:
- For print shops — register as a Shirtly printing partner. The form asks for your business name, a contact person, a phone number, the printing methods you offer, your state, and any minimum order.
- Business collaboration — partnerships, resellers, campaigns, and technical integrations.
Neither route is a contract, and neither takes payment.
Customer support
Customers can contact Shirtly support through the support page for design, account, credits, and privacy questions today, and for payment, fulfilment, and order status questions once ordering is enabled.
Customer data
How Shirtly collects, uses, shares, and retains customer information — including artwork, AI prompts, generated images, and credit records — is set out in full in the Privacy Policy. Customers can delete their account in the app or through the deletion request page.
